| Age of The Gods Board Game | War and intrigue in a barbarous world Age of Gods is a wonderful boardgame created by Croc and taking place in a medieval-fantasy universe. Each player takes on the role of one of the 12 Gods from the game and tries to increase his influence on earth, by using all the races living on it like puppets. The choice of your God will determine some of your powers and even perhaps your style of play. But the concept on which the game is based is rather simple: the game contains 24 races, of different sizes and who they follow is a secret. During the game, you will be able to take control of a race in each size category, but you do not know in advance those you will end up watching over. The other subtle mechanic is the fact that by using an appropriate action card, you will be able to use any race (even those who do not follow you). To win, you will have to wage war, forge alliances, use divine powers (divine wrath, extra fortresses for the God of protectors, easier breakthrough for the God of conquest, combat bonuses for the God of war, territories which cannot be invaded for the Goddess of love… just a few examples of powers these twelve Gods will grant you). |

| Midnight d20: Honour and Shadow | Honor cannot be eclipsed. The Dorns have always born the brunt of the Shadow's wrath, from the time before the Fortress Wall to the Last Age. Their lands are beyond conquered: the dark god's forces turn to the other races of Eredane for less troublesome slaves, more easily bought mercenaries, more capable traitor princes. In the black eyes of the orcs and legates, the Dorns are good for nothing but extermination. The Northmen are shamed by their failure and by the betrayal of so many of their lords, but in that shame lies strength. Weapons unseen for a thousand years are pulled from moldy scabards, and battlecries unheard for generations ring out from desperate throats. Starving children resolve to avenge the crimes of the past, and crippled warriors sacrifice themselves to protect the secret hopes of the future. In a cold realm of empty halls and pillaged lands, civilization has been reduced to stony keeps ruled by corrupted tyrants. These traitor princes have gained long physical life, but at the cost of letting their souls be slowly devoured. | Container Board Game | Container is a game about big ships and big production. Each player will play both the producer and shipper of goods. Players will decide which products they want to produce, and which of the OTHER players' goods they want to ship out to a remote island. During these phases, players will be able to set the prices for their goods and try to maximize their cash! Once the goods have reached the island, players will play the part of the purchaser for their tiny island. Players bid for the goods arriving each day by ship, and the highest bidder collects these goods for conversion into points at the end of the game. Sounds simple? It is! But the real challenge is turning heavy industry production into goods for your island. Your government is willing to subsidize your purchases, but just how much money do you want to give to your competitors for that lovely crate of goods your island desperately needs? |
