Be ready to operate on Sam anywhere, any place! Take a card and try and move the bug through Sam's body without touching the sides. If you aren't successful and you touch the sides Sams nose will light up, operate successfully and move the bug into the belly and you get to keep the card!

Add up the points on the card at the end of the game and the person with the highest score is the winner.
